A habit that's in real trouble holds the flame at Warming up, even when your overall score is high enough for Full heat. A maxed-out credit card shouldn't be hidden behind a good savings rate.
A habit counts as in trouble when:
- your savings rate is under 5% of your income,
- your emergency fund covers less than one month of costs, or
- your credit utilisation is 50% or more of your limits.
