What is the flame on the Overview screen?

A rating built from three habits, each scored against a UK-wide rule-of-thumb benchmark: your savings rate (aiming for 20% of income put aside), your credit utilisation (aiming to stay under 30% of your limit), and your emergency fund (aiming for three months of expenses). The flame sits at the average of whichever of these three currently have enough data to measure.
